This site, though there's a heckuva lot of fan-Japanese and you'll have to figure out which character's section corresponds to which feature, has all sorts of good stuff: fanart, a scans, information, and a massive collection of fanfics by the site's writer. There's even a Japanese-English dictionary and a shrine to the would-be relationship between Kanna and Maria.

The design is simple, but this site will fill you in on everything you ever wanted to know about all things Sakura Taisen. It includes information on every video game, the animated versions (though ironically information on the first OAV series, the one avaiable in the US, is sparse), live performances, CDs, and more. If you're seriously interested, this is serious info.
